Assigned to the hypermarket, your role is to ensure the management of your department by making sure that your sales results and profitability meet the established objectives.

To do this, your areas of achievement are:

• Ensure good department management,
• Achieve objectives, margins, stocks, productivity, breakage, and out-of-stock rates,
• Establish weekly schedules,
• Organize your team's work and ensure their support,
• Respect the group's commercial policy / build customer loyalty,
• Control compliance with hygiene and safety standards,
• Place orders, receive them, and manage stock.

Profile sought:

With a minimum of Bac +3 (Bachelor's degree or equivalent) in Commerce/Management, you have 3 years or more of experience in Multimedia, image, and sound, during which you have developed the following skills:

• Merchandising, negotiation, and team management techniques,
• Ability to make proposals to improve results,
• Ability to read dashboards and monitoring indicators.
