Job :
Assigned to a hypermarket and reporting to the Department Manager, your role is to ensure the commercial development and operation of the Textile Department for which you are responsible, in order to guarantee customer satisfaction and the achievement of defined economic and commercial objectives.
To do this, your areas of responsibility are:
- Ensure good management of the department,
- Achieve objectives, margins, stocks, productivity, waste, and out-of-stock rates,
- Establish weekly schedules,
- Organize your team's work and provide support,
- Comply with the group's commercial policy / foster customer loyalty,
- Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards,
- Place orders, receive them, and manage stock.
Required profile :
With a minimum of a Bachelor's degree (Bac +3) in Commerce/Management, you have 3 or more years of experience in Ready-to-Wear clothing, during which you have developed the following skills:
- Merchandising, negotiation, and team management techniques,
- Ability to make suggestions to improve results,
- Ability to read dashboards and monitoring indicators.
