Context and purpose of the position:
The Management Pilot ensures the operational management and performance monitoring of activities related to fixed networks (Fiber Optic / Copper) and, transversally, to mobile networks (telecom sites).
They will be responsible for the reliability of reporting, meeting deadlines, and service quality (SLA). They will also contribute to the continuous improvement of processes through rigorous analysis of performance indicators (KPIs).
Main tasks:
• Manage and monitor overall operational activity.
• Build, consolidate, and ensure the reliability of dashboards and periodic reports (daily, weekly, monthly) for management and internal/external clients.
• Define, calculate, and analyze relevant KPIs to measure operational performance and service quality.
• Monitor compliance with SLAs and alert in case of deviation or risk of contractual non-compliance.
• Identify anomalies, discrepancies, and blockages based on data analysis, and propose corrective actions and areas for improvement.
• Act as the interface between field teams, technical teams, and management to ensure reliable and up-to-date information flow.
• Handle production/support tasks (approximately 50% of the activity, variable depending on the period) for current operational processing: file management, support for field teams, database updates, and administrative follow-up of interventions.
• Contribute to the development and updating of management tools (Excel, Power BI) and to the automation of reporting.
• Participate in follow-up committees and prepare associated presentation materials.
• Education: Bachelor's degree to Master's degree (Bac+3 to Bac+5).
• Experience: 2 to 3 years of prior experience in a management, reporting, or telecom project management role is desired.
