Mission

The Product Analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and using product data to support decision-making and continuously improve the user experience. They work closely with the Product, Tech, Data, and Business teams to measure feature performance, identify improvement opportunities, and assess the impact of product changes through data-based analysis and recommendations.

Profile sought

  • Master's degree (Bac+5) in engineering, computer science, data, statistics, or equivalent.
  • 6 to 8 years of experience in a similar role in product analysis, data analytics, or business analytics.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, Looker, Amplitude, or Google Analytics.
  • Good knowledge of data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Metabase, etc.).
  • Mastery of tracking concepts, product performance measurement, and user journey analysis.
  • Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies and statistics applied to data analysis.
  • Awareness of product issues and user experience (UX).
  • Excellent analytical and synthesis skills.
  • Rigor, attention to detail, and results-oriented.
  • Good communication skills and ability to explain complex analyses to different stakeholders.
  • Curiosity, proactivity, and a strong interest in digital and data-driven environments.
