Main Missions
- The Product Owner is responsible for maximizing the product value.
- They ensure that business needs are correctly understood, prioritized, and translated into clear and consistent functionalities by the development team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, formalize, and prioritize business needs in collaboration with stakeholders (Marketing, MOA, Product Managers, technical teams).
- Define and maintain the product vision, roadmap, and value objectives.
- Write and refine user stories in Jira with precise and measurable acceptance criteria.
- Ensure the consistency of business rules and their integration into Enterprise Mobile ordering processes.
- Actively participate in all Agile / Scrum ceremonies (planning, daily, review, retrospective).
- Collaborate closely with developers, testers, and architects to ensure the functional quality of deliverables.
- Validate delivered developments and ensure their compliance with business needs.
- Identify dependencies, anticipate risks, and ensure smooth coordination between different teams.
- Contribute to functional documentation and knowledge sharing in Confluence.
Technical and Functional Skills:
- Good knowledge of REST APIs, Java / Spring environment
- Proficiency in Jira, Xray, Confluence tools,
- Ability to understand and model complex business rules.
- Strong interest in Agile / Scrum environments and technically demanding projects.
Required profile :
- Proven experience of at least 6 years as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Functional Project Manager, on complex projects with significant business and technical dimensions.
- Solid communication and inter-team coordination skills.
- Analytical mindset, rigor, and ability to simplify complex subjects.
- Collaborative leadership, sense of prioritization and decision-making.
- Autonomy, curiosity, and value/user orientation.
