Job :

In an IT environment of Agile development, we are looking for a Product Owner (PO) for Front-end, Back-end, API consumption, and DevOps activities to prioritize features by value in line with the Epics concerning them. This key role involves backlog management and stakeholder coordination.
You will be the link between business needs and the technical team to ensure efficient, scalable, and user-oriented solutions.

The PO holds the product vision and its definition to meet business challenges and deliver maximum value to the client/user.

Missions:

Provide technical and functional application support for cloud offerings, requiring very high responsiveness.
To do this, the PO:

Represents the client/user to the agile team to provide meaning and vision.
Represents the product to the company and shares the product vision.
Defines the product to meet business and user needs within the given time and budget.
Engages and unites all stakeholders, works with the program team if necessary.
Writes user stories, business and/or technical, and their acceptance criteria with the agile team, then prioritizes them and ensures the coherence of the work done with the product vision, in line with the expectations of the relevant Epics.
Validates (accepts or rejects) the completed user stories when they meet the previously defined acceptance criteria.
Manages client/user feedback loops and analyzes results to feed and prioritize the product roadmap and backlog in agreement with the Business Owner(s) and Epic Owner(s), and ensures the continuous improvement of the product throughout its lifecycle.
Manages prioritization of fixes.
Defines and tracks key product KPIs and ensures product visibility among all stakeholders.


 

Required profile :

Profile sought:

• Master's degree (BAC+5) from an Engineering school or university.
• Proven experience as a Product Owner and/or Business Analyst or Functional Analyst for at least 5 years in an Agile application environment.
• Good knowledge of information systems, experience in technical design, testing, and user support activities.
• Knowledge of Agile project methods using JIRA/Confluence.
• Ease of communication with various project stakeholders, and the ability to gather/understand needs and translate them into user stories is essential.
• Proficiency in French is therefore a must; English is a plus.
