- Excellent command of French, both spoken and written.

- Mandatory experience in a call center.

- Proof of experience (work attestation, work certificate, or equivalent document) will be required.

- Tech-savvy profile, comfortable with computer tools and new technologies.

- Excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.

- Team spirit, service-oriented, and customer-focused.
