Management of the Recharging process: method, monitoring & alerts
- Supervision and monitoring of process performance
- Monitoring of OMEA Recharging contracts initially, then other areas (OB, OWS, Corporate and France) to be defined based on workload: Application of the process, Follow-up for signatures, verification of amounts, Request for POs
- Consolidated financial monitoring of Recharging, making Financial statements available to Finance Partners
- Construction and consolidation of the Recharging budget
- Variance analysis
- Actual vs. budget variance analysis
Required profile :
Versatile finance manager with knowledge in CDG and invoicing
English (written, spoken, and read) is mandatory
Knowledge of management applications
Proficiency in office tools (Excel, PowerBI, ...) and ability to model data in Excel
Ability to work in a team and appreciated for your communication and diplomacy skills
Rigor and organization in your work
