Job :
As part of strengthening our internal control system, we are recruiting an Internal Control Manager to ensure the security, compliance, and reliability of our processes.
Responsibilities:
Execute the internal control plan within the BUs and carry out field controls
Document first and second-line controls, report discrepancies, and contribute to reporting
Monitor internal control indicators
Ensure the application of procedures and support operational teams
Participate in control campaigns and BU operational committees
Required profile :
Profile:
Master's degree in Finance, Audit, Management Control, Accounting, or equivalent
Minimum 4 years of experience in internal control, audit, or operational control
Good knowledge of operational and financial processes
Rigor, organization, and attention to detail
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Proficiency in office tools
