Position:
Assigned to the MARKET and EXPRESS Division, your role is to contribute to the development of the real estate business by taking charge of prospecting for new store locations.
For this, your areas of achievement are:
- Create and track a file of potential business opportunities;
- Analyze the needs of the BU management thanks to its knowledge of the local and regional market and market studies;
- Take charge of negotiating rental conditions;
- Present and validate projects by the BU Management / the Investment Monitoring Committee;
- Carry out the necessary requests for administrative authorizations;
- Achieve objectives in terms of the number of rentals.
Required profile :
Profile sought:
- With a Bac+3/5 degree in business, you have at least 2 years of experience in commercial and field prospecting.
- Good knowledge of commercial and financial analysis.
- Knowledge of public and private stakeholders.
- Good vision of commercial development prospects, the market, and competition.
- Results-oriented, interpersonal skills, communication and organization skills.
