Job :
We are looking for a Market & Warehouse Quality Manager to oversee the quality management system within the markets and warehouses, while ensuring compliance with hygiene, food safety, and product quality standards.
Main responsibilities:
- Supervise the implementation of the quality management system at the market and warehouse level, and ensure compliance with current procedures
- Lead internal and external quality audits, monitor corrective action plans, and support teams in their implementation
- Manage withdrawals and recalls of non-compliant products and ensure the traceability of operations performed
- Prepare and analyze quality reports, monitor performance indicators, and propose continuous improvement actions
- Raise awareness and train employees on good hygiene practices, food safety, and quality culture
- Prepare, monitor, and optimize the budget allocated to their area of activity
- Act as the liaison with competent authorities and ensure regulatory compliance of activities
- Supervise, lead, and develop the skills of the quality team
Required profile :
Profile sought:
- Master's degree (Bac+5) or equivalent engineering degree in quality management, agri-food, or a related field
- Professional experience of at least 5 years in a similar role, ideally in the large-scale retail, logistics, or agri-food sector
- Excellent command of quality management systems, standards, and applicable regulations for food hygiene and safety
- Proven experience in team management and leading cross-functional projects
- Rigor, organizational skills, analytical thinking, and ability to work in coordination with various stakeholders
