Join our dynamic team in the call center sector as a Recruitment Intern. This is a unique opportunity to launch your career in a stimulating environment in Casablanca. We are looking for someone passionate about human resources, ready to actively contribute to our success.

Your main mission will be to support the recruitment department in identifying and selecting the best talents for our teams. You will develop a deep understanding of recruitment challenges in our sector and participate in the continuous improvement of our processes.

Daily, your tasks will be varied and rewarding:

• Sourcing candidates through various platforms and professional networks.
• Screening and analyzing received applications.
• Participating in telephone pre-qualification of candidates.
• Organizing and scheduling interviews.
• Compiling candidate files.
• Contributing to the improvement of recruitment tools.
• Updating the candidate database.

Required profile :

To be eligible for this position, a Bac +2 level is required. Specialized training in Human Resources, Personnel, or Training would be a major asset for your application.

Although this is an internship, a first experience, even a short one (1 to 1 year) in a professional environment, ideally related to recruitment or human resources, will be appreciated to allow you to quickly gain skills.

We are looking for someone with:

• Excellent interpersonal skills and strong listening ability.
• Very good organizational and rigorous skills.
• Strong curiosity and a keen interest in the field of recruitment.
• Good command of computer tools, especially the Office Suite.
• A desire to learn and fully invest in your tasks.
