Your Missions:
Ensure operational monitoring of store openings and commercial operations.
Coordinate the implementation of marketing actions on the ground.
Ensure the proper execution of marketing campaigns within deadlines and according to the brand's standards.
Check the compliance of signage, marking, and communication materials in stores.
Participate in the organization of commercial events and promotions.
Ensure the follow-up of marketing service providers and suppliers.
Analyze the results of actions taken and propose areas for improvement.
Ensure compliance with the brand's visual identity across all points of sale.
Produce reports and summaries of marketing operations.
Required profile :
Profile sought for the position: Operational Marketing Supervisor - Casablanca - Ain Sebaa
Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) in Marketing, Business, or Communication.
First successful experience in marketing.
Good command of office software.
Sense of organization and rigor in monitoring actions.
Good interpersonal skills and enjoyment of field work.
Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
Team spirit and service orientation.
