Job :

As part of the development of our business unit Supeco, we are recruiting HR Supervisors in Marrakech.

Main mission:

Deploy and execute operational HR activities in the stores within its scope (staff administration, recruitment, discipline, and workforce monitoring), in accordance with the procedures and guidelines defined by the Regional HR Manager.

Missions & Responsibilities:

  • Manage store staff administration.
  • Ensure the recruitment of store profiles.
  • Monitor absences, leaves, timekeeping, and trial periods.
  • Participate in the management of the disciplinary procedure.
  • Support store managers on HR topics.
  • Produce HR reports for its scope.
  • Report alerts and sensitive situations.
  • Participate in the development of internal HR policies.

Required profile :

  • Bachelor's degree (Bac +3) in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • First experience in Human Resources.
  • Rigor, organizational skills, confidentiality, and field orientation.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
