CNEXIA is seeking a Shared Team Lead to oversee and support multidisciplinary technology teams. This role is primarily focused on people management, team leadership, and operational administration while serving as a trusted partner to our client and technical teams.
The ideal candidate combines strong leadership and organizational skills with a solid understanding of software development and Agile delivery practices. While this is not a hands-on technical role, the Shared Team Lead must be comfortable operating in a technology environment, understanding technical discussions, and supporting teams composed of developers and technology professionals.
Key Responsibilities
People Management
Lead, coach, and support team members across multiple technology functions.
Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and performance reviews.
Define and monitor individual development plans.
Support employee engagement, retention, and career growth.
Identify training and development needs within the team.
Manage attendance and leave requests.
Address employee concerns and facilitate conflict resolution when needed.
Team Operations & Administration
Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and reporting requirements.
Maintain accurate team documentation and administrative records.
Support onboarding and offboarding activities.
Coordinate staffing requirements and resource allocation with stakeholders.
Participate in recruitment activities, including interviews and candidate assessments.
Stakeholder Management
Act as the primary people-management point of contact for assigned teams.
Collaborate closely with technical teams including Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Project Managers, and department leaders.
Escalate operational challenges when necessary.
Agile & Technology Environment Support
Understand Agile principles, frameworks, and delivery practices.

Required Competencies and Experience
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in people management, team leadership, or operational management.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and administrative capabilities.
Bilingual: fluent French and English
Preferred Qualifications
Experience leading cross-functional or shared-service teams.
Engineering degree or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
Agile certifications (PSM, CSM, SAFe, or equivalent).
Experience in software development, business analysis, project management, or technical leadership.
Knowledge of modern software delivery practices and technology environments.
Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence or similar platforms.
