Poste :

- BI Tool maintenance & versioning evolutions :

• Tickets management : analyze anomalies (with ICT and TMS provider) and follow-up solution implementation.
• Data quality monitoring on a daily basis : data quality, robustness of data with TMS providers;
• Evolution of BI programs and developments in consistency with Supply Chain evolutions (change of BI IT Tool (ex. From ¨Power BI to Palenteer/Foundry), Evolution of DB azur versions etc.
• Propose solutions to improve performance of power BI (propose evolution of Data model & new codes to optimize Power Bi performance)...
• Finance Report monitoring :
• ensure data consistency of data of Accruals, CPU and all reports used for finance Month closing (between Working day -2 to Working day 3 of each month) ;
• New reports generation :
• In partnership with Controllers (Inbound, Outbound & Purchasing) manage new generation of reports, technical specifications for Dat models improvement Creation / modification ;
• Based on ad hoc requests or following routines to be defined : extract, check and provide data for performance reports ( actual results + forecasts) ;
• Specific evolutions :
• Specify and implement with all the partners necessary data archiving process for audits purposes
• Specify and implement in Power BI needs to merge existing reports (Outbound need)
• Propose a solution to align all regions purchasing controlling reports ( multi tools data from different regions & consolidation in BI Tool)...

Profil recherché :

Qualifications :

Bac + 5 in IT or equivalent ;
Experience: minimum one year and more (E>1)...

Required Skills :

Master Power BI tools and language of coding (DAX etc.), Palenteer knowledge ;
Project skills : capacity to manage transversally topics to create Technical Specifications ;
Basic Bureautic skills (Excel, powerpoint) ;
Knowledge of Logistics or Supply chain scope preferable ;
Personal skills : organized, rigorous, respect deadlines, capacity to propose solutions, Agility ;
Communication : English (mandatory)/ French...
