Poste :

1. Define and Prioritize Product Features: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into user stories, and prioritize features in the product backlog to align with business goals and technical architecture.2. Lead System Design and Solution Delivery: Facilitate and participate in system design sessions, ensuring that proposed solutions meet both functional and non-functional requirements across the Network Assurance domain.3. Manage the Product Lifecycle: Own the end-to-end delivery of software solutions, from concept through deployment, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and release coordination.

Main Qualifications:

. Define and Prioritize Product Features: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into user stories, and prioritize features in the product backlog to align with business goals and technical architecture.
2. Lead System Design and Solution Delivery: Facilitate and participate in system design sessions, ensuring that proposed solutions meet both functional and non-functional requirements across the Network Assurance domain.
3. Manage the Product Lifecycle: Own the end-to-end delivery of software solutions, from concept through deployment, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and release coordination.
4. Analyze and Improve Existing Systems: Continuously assess current systems and processes to identify opportunities for optimization, modernization, and alignment with evolving business needs.
5. Support Agile Development Teams: Act as the primary liaison between business and technical teams, providing clarity on requirements, supporting testing efforts, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features.

Required Skills:

1. System and Application Design: Ability to understand, analyze, and design complex IT systems, especially in the context of network assurance
   Proficiency in managing product backlogs, defining features and user stories, and leading Agile ceremonies (Scrum/SAFe frameworks).
   2. Agile Product Ownership: Strong capability to translate business needs into technical requirements, ensuring alignment with program objectives and user expectations.
   3. Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering: In-depth knowledge of network service assurance processes such as fault management, incident/change management, event correlation, and performance monitoring.
   4. Network Assurance Domain Expertise: Excellent interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams including Business Owners, Product Managers, Architects, and Developers, ensuring smooth delivery and alignment.
