Poste :

Main mission

• Establish, officialise and manage the economic objectives related to the project perimeter : TPC Total Production Cost, Investment ( industrial and vendor tooling) and expenses ( prototypes, ED&D, Launching Cost and sub-conctractation).
• Optimise, forecast and follow to the expenses and investments commitment.
• The project’s overview and economic reporting*

Main activities

• Structure the project cost management activity according to the “Job share”, “Pay share” and RASI, as determined by the different project partners (COP and zones).
• Monitor design according to the cost objective to ensure that the TPC-Investment is optimal related to the other project objectives (performance, quality, delay, R&D expenses).
• Give to GPSC the target for each new part to reach the global target
• With the Purshasing Department and PCE ( cost engineering), confirm the sourcing plan for new and carry over parts according to the project’s economic objectives.
• Ensure the project’s economic financing and confirmation, as well as the expenses and investment commitment and validation (including the agreed-upon engine prices).
• Officialise the TPC, Investments and R&D expenses with the project, the entities and the partners (via the project’s management contract, the entities’ engineering plans, the investments contract, and the Added Value contract).
• Search how to optimise expenses, and lead the associated working sessions for the project, ensuring that an optimal compromise between performances/expenses/TPC is reached.
• For the project, establish and monitor the portfolio related to economic opportunities/risks (TPC, Investments, R&D expenses).
• Ensure the economic monitoring, overview and reporting (TPC, Investment and expenses) for the project.
• Carry out the overview of economic files at the end of the project and ensure their transfer to Serial Life (including the TPC officialisation at Serial Life).
• Carry out RETEX and contribute to the improvement of the entity’s processes and standards.

Profil recherché :

Qualifications
Skills

• Engineering or Master degree
• Over 5 years experience in the same position.
• Skills in Cost management : unit cost and expenses
• Industrial skills would be a plus in BEV field (eMotors, Reducer, HV Battery, …)
• English/ French
