Poste :

Responsibilities:

• Assisting in setting up a finance department in-country – focus on financial accounting and regulatory compliance.
• Interface between Capital Expertise (local financial consulting company) and PWM finance team.
• Validation of the transactions journal entries – in line with Local GAAP and US GAAP standards.
• Responsible for Asset Accounting, Project Control, and Investment Agreement monitoring.
• Supporting the subvention process (gathering documents, allocating to correct categories, preparing document checklist).
• Supporting the establishment of internal control processes compliant with corporate and Moroccan regulations.
• Supporting preparation of year-end reporting and financial statements.
• Acting as the primary contact for the local operations team to gather requests for financial information.
• Supporting annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and month-end reporting.
• Supporting implementation of the ERP system (Iteration 3).

Profil recherché :

Requirements:

• A Master’s degree in finance, audit, or accounting from ISCAE, ENCG, or a recognized Moroccan university would also be considered.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar function.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Well-organized and detail-oriented.
• Proficient in Office 365 tools (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with SAP would be an advantage.
• Professional qualification (CIMA, ACCA, DSCG, or equivalent). 
• Ability to work in an unstructured, startup environment.
