Poste :
Mission générale du poste:
The Full-Stack Webmaster is responsible for the end-to-end management and development of the organisation's website and web applications.
This includes ensuring the highest level of performance, robust security, and an excellent user experience.
The role will also involve the implementation of SEO strategies, web analytics analysis and API integration.
Tâches et responsabibilités:
Design, develop and maintain the organisation's website and web applications, ensuring they are fully functional and user friendly.
website security, including regular updating, backing up and resolving any issues that may occur.
Optimise speed, performance and scalability of the website.
Develop and implement search engine optimisation (SEO) strategies to improve search engine rankings and increase organic traffic.
Develop web applications that meet organisational and stakeholder needs.
Work with various teams in creating and updating web pages.
Keep up to date with the latest web technologies, industry trends and best practice to ensure that the website remains up to date and competitive.
Manage and maintain the CMS (Content Management System). This will ensure easy updating and maintenance of content.
Profil recherché :
Qualifications:
Degree in computer science, information technology, web development or related.
Proven experience as a Full-Stack Developer, Webmaster, or in a similar role.
Savoir être:
Excellent problem solving and bug fixing skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
Flexibility and ability to manage multiple projects at the same time.
Savoir- Faire:
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript and other front-end technologies.
Backend experience with PHP, Python, Ruby or Node.js.
Knowledge of web development frameworks (such as React, Angular, Vue.js).
Experience of CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress, Drupal).
Database management skills (e.g. MySQL, PostgreSQL).
Knowledge of version control systems (eg Git).
Skill in integrating APIs.
Web application development experience.
Connaissances:
Deep understanding of both front- and backend web development processes.
Knowledge of web security best practices and site optimisation techniques.
Knowledge of SEO principles and good practice.
Knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics).
