Poste :

As part of strengthening our Telecom teams, we are looking for a Radio Design Engineer passionate about mobile networks, radio studies and data analysis, to work on strategic projects around 3G, 4G and 5G networks.

The position combines skills in mobile radio engineering, network performance analysis and automation of Analyzes via data tools (Python, SQL, advanced Excel).  

Your responsibilities:

• Conduct coverage, capacity, and traffic studies for 3G/4G/5G mobile networks.
• Design and size radio sites (new sites, modifications, colocation).
• Define radio parameters: azimuth, tilt, height, power, frequency bands, antenna configurations, etc.
• Perform radio planning and simulations using ATOLL.
• Analyze network performance using radio KPIs and identify areas for improvement.
• Participate in coverage and mobile service quality optimization initiatives.
• Automate data analysis, reporting, and processing using Python and SQL.
• Utilize and analyze large volumes of network data using advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, complex formulas, macros/VBA preferred).
• Produce technical deliverables and maintain up-to-date engineering repositories.
• Conduct exposure studies and associated technical analyses.

Profil recherché :

Desired profile:

• Engineering degree (Bac+5) in Telecommunications, Networks or equivalent field.
• First experience in mobile radio design, planning or optimization.
• Good command of 2G/3G/4G/5G technologies and radio dimensioning principles.
• Proficiency in the ATOLL tool is mandatory.
• Strong skills in data analysis and automation:

Python (analysis scripts, process automation, data manipulation – Pandas preferred)
SQL (queries, data extraction and analysis)
Advanced Excel (pivot tables, advanced functions, automation)

Mobile Radio:

• ATOLL (ACP/AFP)
• LTE/5G Radio Planning and Optimization
• Radio KPI: RSRP, RSRQ, SINR, Handover Success Rate, Call Drop Rate…
• TEMS Investigation / Discovery
• Huawei tools (U2000, GENEX, ISDP) or equivalent

Data & Analysis:

• Python for data processing and automation
• SQL for querying databases
• Advanced Excel for analysis and reporting
