Poste :

• Financial Forecasting & Tracking: Update and maintain financial forecasts versus actuals for all IT Delivery projects, utilizing systems like PEATS and complex master spreadsheets.
• SAP Financial Operations: Execute daily and weekly SAP operations, including running CADO reports, executing CN21/CN22 transactions, and ensuring overall data integrity.
• Accruals Management: Calculate, validate, and post accurate financial accruals in SAP to support precise month-end and quarter-end financial close processes.
• Vendor Billing & Capacity Reporting: Prepare, review, and reconcile vendor billing files and resource capacity reports, leveraging Ivalua and advanced Excel tracking tools.
• Data Reconciliation & "Forensic" Investigation: Proactively investigate financial discrepancies, trace data anomalies back to their root cause, and implement corrective actions with a high degree of autonomy.
• Master Spreadsheet Maintenance: Consolidate large financial datasets from multiple systems into clean, accurate, and actionable master trackers for IT Delivery leadership.
• Cross-Regional Collaboration: Participate in daily syncs with the Canadian IT Delivery team during shift overlap (Golden Hours) to present financial findings and clarify any outstanding queries.
• Ad-Hoc Financial Reporting: Generate custom financial reports and summaries to answer specific inquiries from IT Delivery Managers and senior leadership.
• Continuous Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in current manual data entry or reporting workflows and propose streamlined or automated solutions to increase desk efficiency.
• Documentation & Governance: Maintain clear standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the GCC Offshore Desk and ensure all financial tracking adheres to internal Bell corporate governance standards.

Profil recherché :

• University or college degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business or operations
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Minimum of 5+ years’ in similar role
•  Must have strong practical experience tracking Forecast vs. Actuals, calculating accruals, and managing project or IT delivery financials.
•  Must be highly comfortable navigating SAP for financial operations. Specific experience running CADO reports, CN21/CN22 transactions, and posting accruals in SAP is a massive asset.
• Must be highly proficient in maintaining complex master spreadsheets, handling large datasets, and utilizing advanced formulas to build capacity and billing reports.
• Must be curious, detail-oriented mindset (similar to a forensic accountant).
• Must have a proven track record of investigating financial discrepancies, finding root causes of data anomalies, and proposing fixes.
