Poste :

You will be responsible for creating and drafting technical documentation and/or CNC programming required for the manufacturing of aircraft engine components, as well as for production implementation and testing.

Specific Responsibilities :

• Coordinate production launch and parts development projects.
• Develop and document complex manufacturing processes for aircraft engine components and assemblies.
• Create CNC programs (multi-axis turning and milling).
• Interpret and validate technical requirements from drawings, models, and customer specifications.
• Issue and manage change requests for CNC programming and tooling design.
• Define tooling for assembly or inspection of parts in collaboration with related departments.
• Oversee the introduction of new products and modifications through strict and standardized quality processes.
• Provide technical support to the manufacturing workshop and external suppliers.
• Establish work standards to enhance the quality and robustness of manufacturing processes.  

Profil recherché :

We are looking for a passionate professional in mechanical manufacturing and design, ready to take on technical challenges in a dynamic and stimulating environment.

Minimum Qualifications Required:

• Education: College diploma (minimum Bac +2) in Aerospace Manufacturing, Manufacturing Techniques, or Mechanical Techniques.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a similar role, ideally in manufacturing or mechanical design.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Catia V5 or another programming software is essential.
• Knowledge of SAP, PLM, Vericut, and AS9102 standards is a significant advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and MS Project.
• Languages: Fluency in both French and English (spoken and written) is required.

Personal Qualities:

• Strong teamwork skills, autonomy, excellent communication abilities, and keen attention to detail.
