Purpose:

The Optimization Team Leader heads TM2 department focused on “transforming the business”, on executing Policy Deployment priorities, and other initiatives aimed at bringing TM2 to the next level. The role comprises working closely with internal operations, maintenance and tech departments, as well as OEMs.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Work with internal business stakeholders and OEMs to define, clarify, and execute on improvement priorities, features, sprints, targets and other requirements for the implementation of Policy Deployment initiatives.
• Own and manage product backlog and product features supporting Policy Deployment and other “transforming the business” priorities.
• Drive analysis and own discussions on requirements and features with operations, tech functions, OEM, and others, influencing stakeholders towards prioritization aligned with Policy Deployment objectives.
• Run team cadence, including sprint planning, sprint retrospective, daily scrum, and other cadence events.
• Facilitate cross-functional discussions and workshops, and mentor and coach team members in processes and tools to develop well scoped initiatives and the correct use of tools and processes.
• Build a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged, with an emphasis on problem solving.
• This role is inherently cross-functional, and you will work closely with operations, tech functions (AM, IT, AUT) and OEMs.

Profil recherché :

Who we are looking for:

• More than 3 years of experience in industry on project-based work, ideally as project manager / scrum master capacity.
• M.Sc. degree in a STEM discipline (Science, technology, engineering, and mathematics), Economics, Business Administration or related field.
• Experience with project management and agile / scrum methodologies and practices; competence with support tools like Confluence and JIRA is a plus.
• A good team player, balanced with the autonomy and motivation to produce individually.
• High effectiveness in managing cross-functional teams.
• Good communication skills and ability to communicate complex topics and in a simple and effective way to business stakeholders.
• Fluent proficiency in both written and oral English.
