Are you a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional seeking a challenging and rewarding career in the dynamic world of quality engineering? This is your chance to join a thriving company in the Other Services sector, located in the beautiful city of Nador, Morocco. As our new Quality Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality products and services, contributing directly to our continued success.

In this role, your primary objective is to maintain and enhance the quality of our products and processes, minimizing defects and maximizing customer satisfaction. You will achieve this by developing and implementing robust quality control systems, conducting thorough inspections, and providing technical expertise to various teams. A key focus will be on identifying areas for improvement, and driving the implementation of corrective and preventative actions. Ultimately, you will help to build a culture of quality and excellence within our organization, contributing to improved efficiency and profitability.

The day-to-day responsibilities of this varied and challenging role will include, but are not limited to:

• Developing and implementing quality control plans and procedures

• Conducting regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards

• Identifying and investigating quality issues and recommending corrective actions

• Analyzing production data to identify trends and patterns related to quality

• Collaborating with other departments to improve quality processes

• Preparing reports and presentations summarizing quality performance metrics

• Staying abreast of industry best practices and emerging quality control technologies

This position requires a proactive and solution-oriented approach, as you'll be expected to anticipate potential quality issues and implement preventative measures.

Profil recherché :

To excel in this role, a minimum education level of Bac +5 or higher is required. A specialization in Production/Quality/Safety/Maintenance or a closely related field is highly desirable. This advanced educational background demonstrates a strong foundation in quality engineering principles and methodologies, equipping you with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.

We are seeking candidates with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in a quality engineering role. Your practical experience in the field will allow you to quickly understand and become an integral part of the team. This experience should encompass a broad range of quality control activities, from inspection and testing to root cause analysis and process improvement. Experience working within the Other Services industry would be a significant advantage.

The ideal candidate will possess a robust skillset, including:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills: ability to identify and resolve quality issues effectively.

• Technical proficiency: a solid understanding of quality control methodologies, statistical process control, and quality management systems such as ISO 9001.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across different departments.

• Strong attention to detail: to ensure accuracy in inspections and reporting.

• Proficiency in relevant software: experience using quality management software and statistical analysis tools.
