Are you passionate about automation and eager to make a significant impact? This is your chance to join a dynamic team in the heart of the IT sector, as our new RPA Developer. This role offers a unique opportunity to design, develop, and implement cutting-edge automation solutions using the Automation Anywhere A360 platform. You will be instrumental in transforming business processes, streamlining workflows, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our organization. The primary objective of this position is to leverage Automation Anywhere A360 to create and maintain robust RPA solutions that address specific business needs. You will analyze processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop efficient automation bots that enhance operational efficiency and accuracy. A key goal is to ensure seamless integration of these automation solutions into our existing infrastructure, providing exceptional value to the organization. This role also involves continuous improvement of existing automation solutions and providing technical support as needed.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include a variety of engaging tasks:

• Monitoring ServiceDEsk for any incident on existing automations use case
• Developing new use case for the customer, wich means meet the user, build the requirements, build the architecture plan of the automation workflow, and build the solution into the AA360 platform.
• Build a clear documentation for users + documentation for DEV/Architect.

Profil recherché :

The ideal candidate holds a minimum of a Bac +5 or equivalent degree in Computer Science . A strong academic background demonstrating a deep understanding of software development principles and methodologies is essential for success in this role. Further qualifications in RPA or related technologies would be a significant advantage.

We seek candidates with 3 to 5 years of relevant professional experience in RPA development. A proven track record of successfully designing, implementing, and maintaining automation solutions is essential. Prior experience with the Automation Anywhere A360 platform is highly desired. Experience working in a collaborative environment and effectively communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders is also crucial.

Beyond education and experience, specific skills are paramount for success. You should possess:

• Expert knowledge of the Automation Anywhere A360 platform.
• Strong programming skills, preferably in languages commonly used in RPA development such as Python
• Proven ability to understand and analyze complex business processes.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
• APIs Development
• Knowledge of ServiceNow platform (RPA Hub).
