Are you a passionate and experienced RPA Developer looking for a challenging and rewarding role? This is your opportunity to join a dynamic team in the heart of the IT sector. As a Team Lead for our Automation Anywhere A360 platform, you will play a pivotal role in driving the automation strategy for our organization. You will lead a team of skilled developers, overseeing the design, development, and implementation of RPA solutions that streamline our operations, improve efficiency, and boost overall productivity.

The primary objective is to lead and mentor a team of RPA developers, ensuring high-quality deliverables while fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment. You will oversee all aspects of the RPA development lifecycle, from initial requirements gathering and analysis to deployment and maintenance. A key focus is on the successful implementation of Automation Anywhere A360 platform, leveraging its advanced capabilities to achieve significant business process improvements. You will be instrumental in identifying new automation opportunities, contributing to the strategic direction of our RPA program, and ensuring the team stays at the forefront of RPA technology and best practices. Ultimately, your work will contribute significantly to increased operational efficiency and business value across the company.

Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Monitoring ServiceDEsk for any incident on existing automations use case
• Developing new use case for the customer, wich means meet the user, build the requirements, build the architecture plan of the automation workflow, and build the solution into the AA360 platform.
• Build a clear documentation for users + documentation for DEV/Architect.

Profil recherché :

The ideal candidate should hold at least a Bac +5 or higher degree in Computer Science or a related field. A strong academic background in IT is essential, demonstrating a deep understanding of software development principles and a passion for technological innovation. A strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) is desirable.

We are looking for someone with 5 to 10 years of experience in RPA development, with proven experience leading and mentoring teams. Experience with the Automation Anywhere A360 platform is crucial for this role, showcasing a deep understanding of its functionalities and capabilities. Prior experience in leading and executing complex automation projects, managing project timelines, and budgets is a must. Practical experience in problem-solving, working effectively within a team environment, and collaborating with business users to meet their automation needs is vital.

In addition to the required experience, the ideal candidate will possess a strong skillset including:

• RPA Developer experience using Automation Anywhere A360 platform
• Communication skills critical
• Agile KANBAN/SPRINT methodologies
• Interest in learning Network technologies & processes
• People management experience.    
•  Knowledge of ServiceNow platform (RPA Hub)
• Python Language.
