Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Engineer in Software and Security to join our R&D engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing secure software solutions and leading security initiatives. The ideal candidate should have excellent technical skills, strong leadership abilities, and be able to work collaboratively with a cross-functional team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop and implement software solutions
- Lead security initiatives and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Conduct security assessments, identify vulnerabilities, and recommend solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure software solutions are aligned with project goals and objectives
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers
- Conduct code reviews, ensure code quality, and identify areas for improvement
- Work closely with customers to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements
- Prepare and present technical reports, proposals, and presentations to internal and external stakeholders
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in software and security technology
Profil recherché :
Qualifications:
- Master's degree / Engineering School in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in software development and security
- Strong knowledge of software development practices, security standards, and protocols
- Experience in leading and managing security initiatives and teams
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
- Experience in the Finance or Healthcare industry is a plus
