Poste :
The School of Collective Intelligence (SCI) within Mohammed IV Polytechnic University (UM6P, Morocco) is currently seeking skilled and dedicated Research Officer (Senior) to join our team.
At SCI, our primary focus is on exploring how groups effectively solve problems and collaborate. As a research institution, we are dedicated to advancing knowledge in these areas to make a meaningful impact. In collaboration with esteemed partners such as ENS Paris and MIT, we strive to push the boundaries of collective intelligence research.
Mission and Responsibilities:
- Developing leads for funding for the research programs at the school
- Supporting the writing and submission of research proposals
- Managing student programs that connect with the research program. The latter includes the student internship program, which connects the school with companies and research groups that can often serve as good prospective sources for research funding.
- The candidate will also be required to assist with other aspects of programming and administrative work in the school on a flexible basis, to a maximum of 20% of their time.

Profil recherché :
Profile and Prerequisites:
- Minimum Bac+5, research and/or management studies ; ideally 3-5 years professional experience
- English and French fluency - Arabic and/or Moroccan an advantage
- Strong budgeting / management skills
- Organized, responsive, and friendly
- Experience working either in a) research and development in an industrial context; b) research funding office of a university or government ministry; or c) fundraising strategy development in an NGO or international development agency.
- Knowledge of financial management and experience working in a dynamic management context are advantages..
- A background in a field related to collective intelligence (such as data science, computer science, cognitive science, economics, anthropology, or political science) is an advantage.
