Poste :

? Cooperate with warehouse supervisor to determine the standard inventory of raw materials and products according to actual production situation;

? Communicate with the production department and marketing department?ensure the inventory supply of raw materials for production and the inventory supply of products required by the marketing department in a timely manner, allocate and ship goods in a timely manner according to the material requisition form;

? Cooperate with the supervisor to regularly prepare the incoming goods ledger, return goods ledger and inventory ledger of the purchased items in the area under his jurisdiction, and submit them to the Finance Department and Production Department;

? Regularly prepare the product inventory records of the ingoing and outgoing and submit them to the Production Department and the Finance Department;

? Secure the storage environment of the material warehouse and finished product warehouse to ensure the material or products remains no deterioration;

? Implement management system and methods for material warehouse, semi-finished product warehouse and finished product warehouse;

? Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
 

Profil recherché :

Education Background:
?majored in Storage and transportation
?trained in logistics management, warehouse management, etc.

Experience:
?forklift driving license, more than 3 years of warehousing experience.

Skills:
?familiar with the material procurement procedures; good knowledge of the transportation methods and the characteristics;
?familiar with logistics management business processes;
?professional in Office software.
