Missions:
Define and implement the external communication plan in line with the company's strategy.
Support store openings and coordinate actions related to official inaugurations.
Design and deploy 360° communication initiatives to promote the company's projects, offers, and initiatives.
Develop and maintain relationships with the media (print, radio, television, digital) to ensure positive media coverage.
Organize press conferences, interviews, press briefings, and other media events.
Ensure coordination of communication actions with various internal and external stakeholders.
Develop and lead the social media presence strategy, adapting content to different audiences and platforms.
Oversee the production of institutional and promotional content (press releases, articles, videos, digital materials, etc.).
Ensure consistency of the brand image across all communication channels.
Maintain continuous monitoring of communication trends, media, and market best practices.
Profile sought:
Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Communication, Marketing, Public Relations, or equivalent.
Significant experience in a similar role in external communications, press relations, or corporate communications.
Excellent command of institutional communication techniques and media relations.
Very good writing skills in French and Arabic. English is an asset.
Good knowledge of the digital ecosystem and social networks.
Experience in event organization and communication project management.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with diverse stakeholders.
