Poste :
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Research Engineer to join our IsoTrace project team. This project focuses on the application of environmental tracers in water management and sustainable agriculture in Morocco. The successful candidate will work closely with colleagues from the college of Agriculture and Environmental Sciences, mainly the Centre for Remote Sensing Applications (CRSA) and the International Water Research Institute (IWRI), to assist with various tasks, including:
- Project Management: Overseeing project timelines, resources, and deliverables.
- Laboratory Work: Operating and maintaining the Picarro water isotope analyzer and mass spectrometer.
- Fieldwork: Conducting sampling, implementing monitoring stations, and performing in-situ measurements.
- Data Collection and Analysis: Gathering and analyzing data to support project objectives.
- Collaboration: Working closely with stakeholders and collaborating with students on research activities.
Profil recherché :
Qualifications:
- A Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Environmental Science, Hydrology, Geochemistry).
- Preferably, professional experience in a related area.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Experience with laboratory and fieldwork equipment is a plus.
