Poste :
Responsibilities:
- Program Design: Construct a curriculum and set of resources to facilitate the rapid growth of startups from ideation to seed stage.
- Mentorship: Curate a pool of industry leaders, venture capitalists, and academicians to mentor program participants.
- Funding Partnerships: Facilitate relationships with early-stage investors and venture capital firms for potential seed and Series A funding.
- Stakeholder Communication: Regularly update institutional leaders, board members, and external partners on program successes and improvements.
- Analytics and Reporting: Utilize data analytics tools to track program efficacy, providing monthly reports and actionable insights.
- Operational Management: Oversee the logistical aspects of the program, including scheduling, facilities, and materials.
- Curriculum Oversight: Continuously update and adapt the program curriculum to ensure its relevance and effectiveness.
- Team Coordination: Manage a team of coordinators, volunteers, and interns to smoothly execute program operations.
- Budget and Finance: Monitor and manage the program budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
Profil recherché :
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA strongly preferred.
- At least 7 years of relevant experience in entrepreneurship, incubation, or venture capital.
- A robust network within the startup and venture capital community.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated excellence in project and operations management.
