Poste :

Tasks :

- Ensure investments Shopping carts creation.
- Ensure equipment follow up (from Costing till PO creation with delivery sechudle & the budget Spent Vs Forecast status)
- Ensure Yiras integration process.
- Integration Of SC in Yiras according to the yiras process flow
- Ensure a close follow up of ECMs ( Following the new process of ECMs).
- Share the list of yiras numbers with Finance to create Sub IO;
- update the EDS file “ updated Forecast per quarter” with new Lay out.
- Follow up of LVA budget per month.
- prepare the Budget per term (once per year) using EDS file preparation.
- Budget Depreciation calculation
- Upload the budget in Yiras once/year- Follow up CIP lines and update date of potential expiry dates
- Balance the budgets once requested (1/ 2 times/ year ).
- Ensure Asset reception process: Asset ticket creation and printing
- Ensure Asset transfer from Cost center to another following asset procedure.
- Ensure equipments Inventory "Asset stock take"
- Monitoring and solving problems in terms of equipment in collaboration with our internal and external key contacts
- Ensure compliance with yazaki standards (operation, quality control & EHS ) 

Profil recherché :

• Level of studies : BAC+5 in Industrial or other Technical fields
• Experience : Min 2 years experience in automotive industry
• Skills : Good Communication; Analysis mindset; Team spirit; Flexibility and Adaptability; Work planning and Priorities
• Language : French & English
