Poste :

Attributions & Tasks:
- Organize and improve the maintenance of machinery and equipment.
- Negotiate the resources needed with the technical manager to implement a policy of rectification or improvement (human, technical, financial, time).
- Identify areas of cost optimization and negotiating with new suppliers for various services maintenance. - *Schedule training for the entire maintenance team.
- Manage the means and resources of maintenance (split assignments of men and equipment).
- Ensure the corrective maintenance of equipment and technical assistance.
- Implement preventive maintenance programs (Planning, Control, preventive and predictive)
- Monitor and ensure the TPME application
- Validate and qualify new processes and new equipment.
- Control and optimize the process parameters.
- Ensure the proper use of SAP PM and MM in the technical department.
- Prevent and manage the impacts on the environment and safety and ensure the appropriate behavior of employees of service in relation with the EH & S management system.
- Follow the training plan of the teams in terms of quality and safety.
- Ensure the quality of services of the maintenance department regarding to standards (ISO 9000, ISO 14000, etc.) 

Profil recherché :

• Level of studies: Bac+5 in Engineering or other technical fields
• Experience: Min 5 years' experience on automotive industry
• Language: Fluent speaker of French and English
• High communication skills
