Manage Innovation Process
Monitor the progress of ongoing initiatives and care for the reinforcement of the impact and influence of each of these
Build out innovation concepts and initiatives
Collaborate with communication team to develop strategic keys messages for each initiative and supervise the creation of communication materials.
Profil recherché :
Profile
Master's degree or equivalent.
1 to 3 years’ experience in project management with interest in innovation
Mixed background with practical experience in multiple industries is a plus
Willing and able to deep dive into new domains
Able to follow-up on multiple innovation projects and initiatives at the same time
Able to work with a brief list of inputs and assumptions to build the basic of an innovative concept
Problem-solving skills
Able to engage professionally with a wide range of people from different backgrounds
Capable of inspiring others with a clear vision on the Why of each initiative and where it is meant to lead
Desirable personal qualities
Curious
Project oriented
Action orientated
Attention to detail.
Effective facilitation skills.
Good networker
