Poste :

• Integration and control of payroll elements;
• Ensure social and tax declarations and preparation of Review elements and reporting;
• Update personal data in payroll system “Sage”;
• Monthly control and validation of the score;
• Preparation of documents for business trip’s;
• Verification and update of employees files;
• Preparation of reporting (budgets, forecast, KPI’S) in a monthly, weekly and daily basis;

• Master and control SAGE system;
• Preparation of various administrative documents “employment contracts, Work and salary Certificates.

Profil recherché :

• Master degree in HR or Finance
• Minimum 3 years experience in a same position
• Good interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a team environment .
• Ability to work under stress & in different topics at once (Multitask ).
• Fluent English & French : written & spoken .
• Disciplined , well organized , patient .
