Mission
A Process engineer position to scale up a new technology for sedimentation of particles in liquid solutions at the UM6P TechCell-LAB. The job offer involves the study of the effect of a liquid solution extracted from biomass on the sedimentation of solid particles in water. The candidate will mainly study the sedimentation kinetics, the material transfer mechanism and the process performance.
Principal activities
- Production of a biosoured polymer;
- Testing of biopolymers under real conditions ;
- Develop characterization and analysis reports;
- drafting of patent and articles
Profil recherché :
Main skills
Mastery of different extraction techniques;
Mastery of biopolymer behavior in an aqueous medium loaded with particles;
Mastery of the use of bioressources in processes
Mastery of chemical characterization tools;
English and French fluency;
Ability to work in a team.
Diploma required
Engineer, Master in process enegineering or equivalent.
