Poste :

Attributions & Tasks:

•  Validate/improve/develop daily/weekly/monthly production reporting intern & extern one
•  Provide necessary analyse data for KPIs targets deviation: chart, Pareto, dashboard,...
•  Digitalise existing reporting process 100%, by introducing Macro, PBI solution,...
•  Validate on weekly basis with production team, logistic team & engineering team production loading & productivity vs exiting tearuck
•  Fluctuations against agreed production planning
•  Ensure the follow up of NPT with action plan to be all time bellow threshold
•  Pilot production KPIs meeting to dress action plan for continuous improvements
•  Manage Kaizen production team to ensure 5S compliance vs standards  

Profil recherché :

•  Level of studies: Bac + 5 Engineering's degree
•  Experience: Min 2-year experience in production planification, reporting and KPIs follow up.
•  Office skills: excel, power point, power BI
•  Language: Fluent speaker of French and English
•  High communication skills
