Description :
The research assistant will be in charge of designing, implementing, testing and documenting case studies in Business Analytics, related to the following methodologies :
- Operations research and optimization
- Statistics (regression, time-series, factor analysis, … ) and machine learning
- Text analytics, Natural Langage Programming
- Dynamic programming
- Simulation (multi-agent, system dynamics, … )
This will be applied to the following business functions and sectors :
- Marketing (demand forecast, segmentation, voice of customers, pricing, communication channels, … )
- Supply chain and operations (design, planning, scheduling, inventory management, … )
- Human-resources analytics
Any interest for ethical, social and societal impacts of DADAI (Data, Analytics, Digital and AI), or for knowledge management, will be a plus.

Profil recherché :
Required Skills:
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills (Engineering school, master's degree in data science, … )
- Curiosity and willingness to engage with exploratory topics in both Business and Analytics
- Proficiency in using Python Analytics tools
- Fluent proficiency in both written and oral English and French
- Ability to communicate and collaborate with cross functional teams
