Poste :
The TechCell (Technology Development Cell) is a department of the Mohammed VI Polytechnic University (UM6P) is looking for a Senior process design engineer who will be in charge of engineering studies, design & scale up and simulation of process equipments.

II. Education and experience
Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering or equivalent
III. Responsibilities
- Provide advanced drafting and design services by preparing and maintaining construction drawings, facilities layouts, and engineering drawings
- Produce technical drawings including P&IDs, process flow diagrams
- Deliver Process Machine design by providing technical specifications, equipment lists, preparing Process functional description, conducting process equipment design reviews
- Compare offers, make recommendations & participate in technical/commercial negotiations for project.
- Carrying out basic engineering studies and prototype/pilot plant designs
- Numerical simulation and modelisation of process equipment and fluid mechanics using simulation and modelisation software: Aspen, Ansys-Fluent, Comsol...
- Design, sizing of unit operations involving material and energy transformation.
- Elaboration of process books.
VI. Desired Skills And Experience
- 5+ years experience on process/chemical design experience
- Must be proficient in Aspen and Ansys-Fluent
- Knowledge of different process equipment scale up technics
- Experience working as a process engineer in design or operational roles
- Experience and working knowledge of process simulation and other engineering software applications
- General knowledge of project processes
- Exposure to projects/project development
- Exposure to other engineering roles such as process safety engineer, unit process support engineer, operations engineer, etc.
