Poste :

Quality : Follow the quality procedures  and Participate in quality improvement projects;

Technical : 

• Ensure line balancing through time measurement of identified lines and communicate the progress of the activity;
• Propose and install improvements to increase out put;
• Give the necessary support and work in a team with all the departments;
• Study of workstation ergonomics and improve the workflow;
• Ensure a good collaboration between the Industrial Engineering team and other services and ensure good reporting;
• Provide timing training on the site of persons directly related to efficiency and Productivity and balancing;
• Launch and lead a family  time study  per week to track the bottle neck;
• Leads process concept definition in the plant & ensure the implementation of best practices in the new definitions;

Ensure compliance with quality requirements and standards...

Profil recherché :

Formation : 

• Bac+2/+3 in industrial engineering or similar

Expérience :

• Minimum 1 year experience within Automotive Wiring

Compétences requises :

• Master the lean manufacturing tools
• Good English
