Poste :
As part of the development of Mohammed VI Polytechnic University, the department of entrepreneurship and venturing is seeking for a UX/UI Designer.
As a UX/UI Designer, this individual will have a diverse range of responsibilities within the organization, covering various aspects of design and user experience.
As a UX/UI Designer:
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our users' needs and goals through user research and analysis.
- Develop and design high-quality business presentations using tools such as PowerPoint, Keynote, and Google Slides.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather and analyze data, create compelling visuals, and craft a clear and concise message.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and preferences, and incorporate feedback into presentations.
- Work closely with product managers and developers to gather requirements and develop design concepts.
- Create logos and brand books that accurately represent our brand and align with our brand strategy.
- Ensure consistency in branding, messaging, and design across all presentations.
- Design and develop user-friendly interfaces for digital products, including wireframes, prototypes, and mockups.
- Conduct usability testing to ensure that designs are effective and user-friendly.
- Continuously improve the user experience of our products through feedback and iteration.
- Develop and maintain design guidelines and style guides.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure that designs are implemented accurately and effectively.
- Create custom graphics, charts, and diagrams to effectively communicate complex information.
- Edit and proofread presentations for accuracy, grammar, and spelling errors.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, presentation software, and best practices.
Skills :
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
- Ability to conduct user research and analyze user data.
- Proficient in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong Experience with logo design and brand book creation.
- Good understanding of front-end web development technologies, such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro or After Effects
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work.
- Creativity and ability to think outside the box to solve design problems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong visual design skills with an eye for detail.
Profil recherché :
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, human-computer interaction, or related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in UI/UI Design and business presentations.
- Strong portfolio & references that demonstrates expertise in UI/UX design, logo design, and brand book creation.
- Proficient in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
- Expertise in PowerPoint, Keynote, and Google Slides.
- Experience working in Agile development environments is preferred.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of branding and marketing principles.
