Poste :

Production Planning and Scheduling : 

• To receive the customers order forecast, and filing properly by timing sequence;
• Generate weekly Production Plans based on schedule levelling principle;
• Arrange Shipping always meet customers order request and keep a stable level of stock in Supply chain;
• Control monthly inventory to meet target and avoid any dead stock.

Analysis for order information : Review customer orders to verify the production plans, identify and highlight capacity gaps between production capability and customers requirement, in order provide the options for Management Team to make further decision.

Communicate with customer/Service Centre : 

• Schedule Weekly meeting to involve all open points;
• Communicate with Service Centre for any non forecast order / pull forward or increase order;
• Communicate with Service Centre to get an accuracy inventory data of Service Centre;
• Documentation all the premium Generate Daily/weekly order fluctuation 

Planning's Kpis And Delievery Performance :

• Analysis of data Result, to ensure that trends and exceptions, are analyzed and highlighted in a proactive manner;
• Put in place the corrective action to improve the planning Kpis;
• Monitor delivery issues, and take corrective actions as needed.

Production planning control and adjustment :

• Release planned order according to production plan;
• Analysis the achievement and highlight each deviation via  Daily Achievement Report;
• Ensure system Integrity on SAP & EWB (Master DATA, Product Groupe Selection.....)

Profil recherché :

Training :

• Bac+5 in Logistics, Supply chain, industrial engineering or similar.

Experience :

• Minimum 2 years experience within automotive/Aeronautic production sector
