Analyse the internal and external defects :

  • Ensure the quality circles to develop immediate and preventive actions in the case of an internal or external potentitial defects; 
  • Analyse the internal and external concerns;
  • Ensure the actions are well implemented and they are affective;
  • Folow the weekly and monthly top defect;
  • Ensure process audits;
  • Update the quality road map in regular basis...

Documentation : Ensure the documents on the lines, and there right record and collection.

Validation : Ensure the validation of new equipment and products.

Ensure the compliance with quality requirements and standards : Ensure the respect of the QMS expectations, the applications of procedures and 5S...

 

 

Profil recherché :

Training :

  • Bac+5 in Quality management, industrial engineering or similar.

Experience :

  • Minimum 2 years experience in automotive wiring
