New Feature Mon ReKrute: Everything That Can Advance Your Job Search Is Now Gathered in One Place
Between the jobs you've applied for, the ones you've liked, the companies you follow, your CV to update, or even your follow-ups to make… a job search can quickly become difficult to keep track of.
It is precisely to simplify all of this that ReKrute is launching Mon ReKrute, your new candidate space.
The idea is simple: gather in one place the information, recommendations, and tools that can truly advance your search.
No more searching everywhere. Your journey, your opportunities, and your next actions are now centralized.
Your best matches, selected by KIARA
The first thing you'll find in Mon ReKrute: the jobs that best match your profile.
These recommendations are selected by KIARA Career Partner based on the information in your CV.
Experience, skills, profession, seniority level… KIARA analyzes your background to highlight the most relevant opportunities.
And there's a simple rule to remember:
The more recent and complete your CV, the more precise your suggestions can be.
So, it's a good habit: regularly check that your profile truly reflects who you are today.
Discover jobs similar to those you've already applied for
Have you applied for a job that particularly interested you?
In Jobs similar to your applications, Mon ReKrute allows you to start directly from your previous steps to discover other similar opportunities.
You select an application, and ReKrute suggests jobs likely to match the same type of search.
This is useful for continuing to explore a profession or sector without starting from scratch every time.
Find opportunities that match your interests
Your search doesn't just depend on your CV.
There are also the companies that interest you, the jobs you've saved, and the work environments where you could really feel good.
The Based on your interests section includes:
- Jobs you've liked.
- Opportunities from companies you follow.
- Jobs from companies whose culture matches your profile.
So, you can more easily find opportunities that match not only your skills but also your preferences.
Keep an eye on your key figures
Mon ReKrute also gives you an overview of your situation through My key figures.
Notifications, liked jobs, followed or hidden companies, breakdown of your applications by status…
You can quickly see where you stand and what needs your attention.
A simple way to stop searching blindly.
And your next actions are right in front of you
Your space also allows you to quickly identify what you can do next: follow up on an application, consult your 4K test report, update your profile, or even train with traak.
Because a good job search isn't just about looking at new ads.
It's also about knowing what the next useful action to take is.
The message to remember
With Mon ReKrute, your candidate space becomes much more than a place to view job postings.
You will now find your best matches with KIARA, jobs similar to your applications, recommendations based on your interests, and your main search indicators, all gathered in one space.
