Job :
As part of strengthening our teams, we are hiring a Procurement Agent with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Daily tasks within the purchasing department involve rigorous and proactive flow management:
- Coordinate with the warehouse keeper to ensure follow-up of purchase requests.
- Consult suppliers, request quotes, and compare offers.
- Negotiate purchase deadlines and conditions.
- Place and track orders with suppliers.
- Ensure delivery times and the availability of items and supplies are met.
- Monitor stock levels in collaboration with the warehouse keeper and anticipate replenishment needs.
- Check the conformity of deliveries with orders.
- Ensure the update of supplier files and tracking sheets.
- Collaborate with various internal departments to ensure the continuity of supplies.
Required profile :
A Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) in purchasing or supply chain is the essential academic foundation to master the technical challenges of this role.
A successful first professional experience, ideally between 1 and 3 years, allows for a quick grasp of logistics processes within a demanding organization.
Proficiency in management software and excellent organizational skills are essential for success in this role. Expected skills include:
- Strong command of commercial negotiation techniques.
- Sharp analytical skills for inventory and flow management.
- Good interpersonal skills to manage a panel of suppliers.
- Constant rigor in administrative file management.
