Job :
Reporting to the Operations Manager, your main responsibilities will be:
Ensure real-time tracking of vehicles via the GPS system
Monitor routes, stops, driving times, and report any anomalies
Daily monitoring of fuel consumption and analysis of deviations from defined standards
Check fuel supplies and reconcile consumption with GPS data
Develop dashboards and reports related to GPS tracking and fuel consumption
Alert management in case of anomalies (overconsumption, route deviation, unauthorized stops, etc.)
Collaborate with drivers, the operations department, and the maintenance department to optimize fleet performance
Ensure compliance with internal procedures and participate in the continuous improvement of monitoring and control tools
Required profile :
• Bachelor's degree (Bac+2 to Bac+3) in Logistics, Transport, Management, or equivalent
• 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in the transport and logistics sector
• Good command of computer tools, especially Excel, as well as GPS geolocation platforms and fleet management software
• Good ability to analyze data and write reports
• Organized, rigorous, and responsive
• Team spirit, discretion, and good communication skills
