Join our dynamic company in the Pharmacy / Health sector. We are looking for a talented Transit Agent to join our team in Bouskoura. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to essential logistics operations in a growing environment.

The main goal of this position is to ensure smooth and efficient management of all transit operations related to pharmaceutical and health products, ensuring regulatory compliance and optimizing timelines and costs. It involves becoming a key player in our company's supply chain.

Your main tasks will include:

Ensure, within its scope, the completion of all administrative formalities concerning the transit of raw materials, articles, and pharmaceutical products, as well as other goods, in strict compliance with current regulations.

Preparation of documents and completion of administrative formalities necessary for the transit of goods
Prepare documents related to the nature of pharmaceutical products (shipping documents, cargo description, etc.) as well as their customs declarations and insurance.
Handle all administrative formalities related to the transport of pharmaceutical products and other goods and articles.
Feeding and monitoring activity indicators
Populate the activity dashboard by entering information concerning transit operations.
Monitor the transport of products and other goods with freight forwarders and via specific software.
Report any problem or complex situation to management.
Report complaints and any damages related to product transport to management.
Compliance with procedures and standards
Strictly respect and apply procedures and instructions related to the company and the workstation.
Respect and enforce, within its scope, GMP, GCP, and GDP.
Participate in any action / project involving the contribution of their workstation.
 

Required profile :

To succeed in this role, a Bachelor's degree (Bac +3) is required, ideally in a specialized field of Transit or Supply Chain. Solid training in these areas will enable you to understand the challenges of flow management.

Professional experience of 3 years in a similar position, ideally in the pharmaceutical or health sector, is necessary. This experience should have allowed you to master the intricacies of transit and complex logistics.

We are looking for a rigorous, organized person with excellent communication skills. Mastery of customs procedures and international transport is essential. Good knowledge of specific regulations for the health sector would be a significant plus.
