Job :
Reporting to the Operations Manager, your main responsibilities will be:
Daily monitoring of diesel consumption and analysis of deviations from defined standards
Verification of fuel supplies and reconciliation of consumption with GPS data
Development of dashboards and reports related to fuel consumption
Alerting management in case of anomalies (overconsumption, route deviations, unauthorized stops, etc.)
Collaboration with drivers, the operations department, and the maintenance department to optimize fleet performance
Ensuring compliance with internal procedures and participating in the continuous improvement of monitoring and control tools
Required profile :
• Bachelor's to Master's degree (Bac+2 to Bac+3) in Logistics, Transport, Management, or equivalent
• 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in the transport and logistics sector
• Good command of computer tools, especially Excel, as well as GPS geolocation platforms and fleet management software
• Good ability to analyze data and write reports
• Organized, rigorous, and responsive
• Team spirit, discretion, and good communication skills
